Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached
Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

How to Request a Return

Contact us at ellecorp2026@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to return
We will send you a return authorization and instructions
Ship the item back to the address provided
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
